- The Prep Cook is responsible for ensuring food preparation is completed per exact recipe specifications.
- The prep cook will follow established culinary protocols and execute culinary menus created by the Director.
- This position reports to the Culinary Supervisor or Culinary Service Director and resides in the Culinary department.
- Assist in all aspects of food preparation and food presentation specifications as set by the Culinary Service Director.
- Notify Culinary Service Director and/or Dining Room Supervisor in advance of likely shortages or access to minimize food waste.
