- As a member of the Sales & Marketing Department, the Premium Sales Manager is responsible for effectively and profitably managing all day-to-day aspects of the premium services operations; including Clubs/Lounge Programs, Personal Seat Licenses, Premium Seat sales, and all other pertinent areas of premium services.
- Manage premium services and seating for the Altria Theater and Dominion Energy Center venues, providing prompt and professional communication and service to premium clientele
- Supervise Premium Sales Coordinator and team of part-time premium staff
- Create and execute a business plan for the premium sales program, including pricing, advertising/marketing, expense outline, etc.
- Prospect and cultivate new sales through creative lead generation methods, communicating via phone, email, text, social media, face-to-face meetings, and other communication methods
