- The Office Manager supervises and coordinates all office activities to insure efficient daily operations of physician practice.
- Duties include management of day to day operations and oversight of the physician office, including, but not limited to, staffing (both clinical and clerical personnel), human resource management, operations and financial management and direct supervision of the billing, insurance and collections functions of the office.
- Assure that site and staff follow policy, procedure and regulatory (Joint Commission, OSHA, DHEC) standards.
- Provide excellent service to both internal and external customers.
- Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor Degree preferred.
