- Position Postdoctoral Researcher in Chemistry for PREM Grant Full Time/Part Time Full Time Job Type Temporary Position Summary The NMHU–BioPACIFIC MIP PREM represents a collaboration between New Mexico Highlands University (NMHU) and BioPACIFIC Materials Innovation Platform (MIP) at University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) and University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in design, synthesis and applications of metal-organic hybrid biomaterials.
- An appointee in this position will be responsible for chemical synthesis and characterization of organic-inorganic hybrid materials including but not limited to metal organic frameworks (MOFs) and synthetic perovskites.
- Characterization of synthesized materials will include diffraction, spectroscopic, magnetic and thermal characterization and other methods.
- He/she should present obtained results in form of research conference presentations and publications.
