- Responsible for ensuring accurate police records and data.
- Review reports, supplements, and arrest reports promptly assuring they meet the TIBR / NIBR guidelines and are approved / available for use by the District and County Attorney Offices.
- Assuring all reports and documents to include Officers Bios and signed "Statement of Discovery Compliance by Agency Filing Case" form is attached to RMS and uploaded into DEMs for District and County Attorney's Office when requested.
- Assist in importing Class C warrants into RMS when an email from Municipal Court has been received to "Import warrants" (when delegated).
- Process Public Information Request assigned through GovQA by Records Coordinator / Records Management by attaching request information into GovQA.
