PAY, HIRING BONUS, AND MOVING EXPENSES The City of Yuma follows a 10-step pay plan ranging from $28.9913- $40.8521 per hour. Non-certified applicants will start at the entry pay of $28.9913 hourly. There is a $1,000 sign on bonus, for new hires, after successful completion of the one year probationary period.
