- Lateral transfers must be currently employed as a certified law enforcement officer, or have been employed as such within the last 18 months; have at least 2 years of certified law enforcement officer experience; and have Utah POST law enforcement officer certification or qualify to be certified as such.
- Applicants who meet the minimum requirements will be screened for any additional requirements and then invited to take the Provo City Police Officer Lateral Transfer Exam.
- Police Officer (full career series): $27.67 - $44.13 per hour
