<li>Working third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am possibly up to 9 hours</li>
<li>Learning the production processes</li>
<li>Overseeing, leading, motivating, training and correcting three production employees</li>
<li>Being a hands on, working supervisor</li>
<li>Performing set up work including hanging tools, mixing material and loading resin</li>
<li>Cleaning hoppers and grinders</li>
<li>Sampling</li>

<p class="MsoNormal">The background of the successful candidate will include the following:</p>
<ul>
<li>Two or more years of plastic injection mold setup experience</li>
<li>Two or more years of plastic injection mold troubleshooting experience</li>
<li>Possess the ability to work third shift hours of 11 pm to 7 am (possibly longer) Monday through Friday and possibly Saturday</li>
<li>A solid work history where jobs are not changed every couple years</li>
