- Experience working in high volume pizzeria or restaurant where pizza dough is made from scratch
- Food Safety and HACCP guideline knowledge including proper protein food safety temperatures and "danger zone" food temperatures.
- Must have 6 months to 1 year of high volume hand stretching Pizza dough experience
- MUST HAVE high volume experience dough production including hand stretching and shaping into pizza rounds & Squares
- Must be able to remove dough ball from tray with a scrapper
