- One of our Utility/Energy client is looking for Pipeline Safety & Risk Engineer in Omaha, NE. Looking for someone with bachelor's degree in engineering and 2-5 years of expereince in gas pipeline safety and risk.
- This position provides guidance and recommendations to engineering, field teams, gas control, and management to assure compliance with federal pipeline safety regulations, and to assure that the pipeline is operated in a safe manner.
- This position takes a role for review and evaluation of new guidelines and the implementation for required changes for pipeline safety.
- Coordinates many aspects of the integrity management program, including high consequence area identification, threat assessment, risk assessment, preventive and mitigative measures, performance measurement, quality assurance, and reporting.
- Acts as a liaison between operations and pipeline safety agencies to provide information, answer questions, and facilitate issue resolution.
