- Key responsibilities include photo and video budgeting, scouting, scheduling, working with the creative directors to book stylists and homes, hiring freelance talent when necessary, identifying and booking photographers, videographers and retouchers, managing the retouching process, and handing off final files to appropriate team members for storage and dissemination.
- Negotiate rates and book above the line crew (photographers, directors, DPs) and below the line (crew), plus models, hair and make-up artists, tailors, animal talent, locations, fit models, studios, caterers and production assistants.
- Manage the actual on set production with freelance production support as needed.
- Negotiate usage fees with agents for archival imagery & footage.
- Bachelors degree and 5 or more years of experience in shoot production primarily and event/project management or other related work experience.
