- The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for providing customer service by handling the day to day operations of clients' insurance needs.
- Focusing on Middle Market, Home and Auto, and other Personal Lines insurance coverage.
- The Personal Lines Account Manager will also provide support to Agency personnel that includes assisting in selling and marketing involving new or existing business.
- Maintain accurate client information to provide day-to-day client support and address intermediate-level client inquiries while delivering exceptional customer care.
- Monitor renewal premium increases for remarketing based on the agency’s retention strategies.
