- The role of the Permanent Supportive Housing Case Manager is to provide supportive services for clients residing in permanent housing at First Step House facilities.
- Permanent supportive housing (PSH) is a housing voucher program for individuals with disabling conditions that were previously homeless or at risk of homelessness.
- The goal of the permanent supportive housing is to utilize a recovery oriented, housing first philosophy in providing rental assistance and supportive services to prevent returns to homelessness.
- The permanent supportive housing case manager assists in other administrative tasks as needed and works in concert with the priorities of community housing authorities as well as the Executive Director, Executive Team, and the Board of Directors of First Step House.
- Enroll eligible individuals in HMIS.
