- Contact Government Services is seeking a People Manager that provides administrative support with running the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including on-boarding / off-boarding, benefit explanation, maintain employee time records, and enforcing company policies and practices.
- Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the timekeeping system; information may include employees’ hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses or other compensation, time worked, paid leave and holidays, address changes, and other information.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
