- As a member of the Human Resource Management team, the Human Resources Manager - Pension & Benefits will participate in the development and execution of the organization's Human Resources priorities and objectives and will be a key member for the coordination and management of the company's overall pension and benefit program.
- Ensure benefit plans and adjudication processes are administered according to plan provisions and guidelines.
- Carry out quality assurance reviews of benefits-related data to ensure we maintain accurate files.
- Post secondary education and a minimum of 5 years in pension and benefits management experience.
