- POSITION SUMMARYUnder the direction of the Youth Homeless Services Manager, the Peer Support Specialist is responsible for providing mentorship, stabilization support, client engagement, and crisis intervention for transitional-age youth (18-24 years old) participating in The Center's LGBTQ Housing Our Youth Program.
- Enter program data and outcomes into the region's Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) to adhere to grant and contract compliance.
