- Provide end user technical support over the phone, remote support session or onsite visits.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware and software in a MS Windows environment.
- Troubleshoot network, printing and other peripheral equipment including Analog and VoIP phones.
- COMPTIA A+ Certification or a minimum of two years of experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware, operating systems, and applications on desktop PC's and peripherals in a networked Windows 10 environment.
