- Essential Responsibilities:Under general supervision perform a variety of tasks associated with payroll preparation process and reporting requirementsMaintain a computerized multi-platform payroll system, involving weekly/bi-weekly payrolls, company and union required labor and payroll reports.
- Access the Deltek Time Collection system to gather data for posting labor and the accounting system to post labor transactions.
- Specific duties will entail processing weekly/bi-weekly payroll, data transmissions, and performing reconciliations.
- Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:Associates Degree in Accounting or completion of formal payroll/accounting academic training or equivalent on-the-job training.
- Computer based in-house payroll systems and Union payroll experience is desired.
