- Under general direction of the VP of Finance, the Payroll Manager ensures the efficient and effective operations of the organization's payroll function for the UBS Arena location which includes exempt, non-exempt, and union employees.
- The Payroll Manager will provide support and maintain a high level of customer service to all employees of the company.
- Resolves employee concerns in a timely manner by thoroughly researching and investigating the issue(s) and reporting back the findings to the employee or escalating to the VP Finance for resolution
- Monitor changes and remains current on legal, regulatory, or governmental requirements (e.g., wage and hour, garnishments, tax matters, 401K and other benefit deductions)
- Update individual payrolls as stipulated by management, such a tax deductions or salary adjustments
