- Oversees our Payroll Coordinator with semi-monthly, multi-state US payroll, including bonus, overtime and salary adjustments using Workday payroll and ADP for tax filing, reporting and W-2 processing.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll by balancing and review of summary reports; review off-cycle payroll, ensuring timely on-demand check processing and associated reports.
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness in processing monthly distributions for self-employed partners through Workday.
- Reconciles standard compensation arrangements prior to transmission, coordinates any special distributions and deductions; assists with monitoring retirement plan contributions; update associated monthly detailed worksheets; processed off-cycle on-demand payment processing.
- Close coordination with PC/Tax Manager to process monthly payrolls for (14) active and (5) inactive PC employees using Workday payroll and ADP for tax filing, reporting and W-2 processing.
