Compensation: $24.00/Hour OUR BENEFITS <ul><li>Medical, dental, vision, disability, FSAs, and life insurance </li><li>Paid Time Off and paid holidays</li><li>401K</li><li>Pet Insurance</li><li>Employee Assistance Program</li><li>Training and Development Programs</li><li>Referral Program</li><li>Legal Coverage</li><li>Identity Theft Protection</li><li>And so much more....</li></ul> Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: <ul><li>Manage All Things Data: Perform data entry of HR/Payroll information in our HRIS system (Paylocity)</li><li>Assisting Payroll Specialists and associates with pay-related inquiries, verifications of employment, and mail distribution</li><li>Ensure documentation is retained per legal requirements and company policy</li><li>Provide weekly reports to HR leadership</li><li>Special Projects: Deliver Payroll initiatives through completion of special projects as assigned</li><li>Performing any other tasks deemed necessary by supervisor.</li></ul> WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE <ul><li>College Degree (preferred but not required)</li><li>Previous HR or payroll experience (preferred but not required)</li><li>Previous dealership experience (preferred but not required)</li><li>Excellent communication/organization skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)</li><li>Great work ethic and commitment to organizational success</li><li>Attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines</li><li>The ability to work both independently and as part of a team</li></ul> Blue Compass RV offers robust learning opportunities for all associates, best-in-class leadership development programs, and a commitment to invest in and grow our associates' careers.
