- Consistently and accurately process salary and hourly weekly payroll.
- Process hours from timekeeping and attendance system and ensure accuracy of payroll; inputs payroll information/codes following procedures and rules.
- Work cooperatively with Human Resources staff to process new employee paperwork, status changes, analyze and review pay changes, and verifying information using discretion and tact in the handling of confidential and sensitive payroll issues.
- Process tax forms and direct deposit information, while ensuring compliance and accuracy of data entry.
- Process wage garnishments and ensure accurate taxation and deductions.
