- This Payroll Analyst will join a team of payroll staff responsible for processing bi-weekly and ad hoc payrolls.
- Assist team members on standard payroll tasks including bi-weekly payroll processing, manual check issuance, calculation of retroactive adjustments, coordination of bonus payments, garnishment.
- Complete audit processes for various payroll functions including processing, tax reconciliation, and timekeeping.
- Responsible for running payroll related reports using Human Capital Management (HCM) system report writing tool.
- Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel including formulas (such as VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
