- Apply basic understanding of federal, state and local prevailing wage laws (Davis-Bacon and Related Act (DBRA), Service Contract Act, Walsh Healy Act and other relevant regulations) and knowledgeable of prevailing wage requirements to support specific projects.
- Monitor contractor and subcontractor reporting requirements and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws governing prevailing wage.
- Oversee/conduct prevailing wage interview process on project site with subcontractors and manage documentation within certified payroll system tracking tool.
- Review and match prevailing wage interview findings to subcontractor payroll submissions; identify and manage discrepancies and escalate findings as needed.
- Monitor attendance of prevailing wage audits/interviews based on volume guidelines stated in policy and in coordination with project staff performing prevailing wage interviews.
