Main responsibilities Intake escalated calls from first level specialists for first call resolution while adhering to an established call flow and actively engaging with both internal and external customers. Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved. Utilize various collection strategies in an attempt to collect payments while following the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and state guidelines and laws. Is accountable for negotiating payment terms to reduce losses or mitigate risk. Investigate, document, and resolve payment inquiries or disputes utilizing several transactional applications. Respond to email inquiries received from internal and external customers. Risk Monitoring of potential fraud; take appropriate action to mitigate losses. Other duties as assigned by management.
