- What will I do as a Patient Engagement Manager with Lutheran Social Services?
- Leads the front office operations to collect intake information, billing information, demographics, referral information, and other data for the Electronic Health Record.
- Requirements for a Patient Engagement Manager with Lutheran Social Services: Bachelor's degree in healthcare, social work, public health, health education or related healthcare field preferred; or equivalent experience with Community Health Worker training Experience in social services required.
- Strong customer service background; working with diverse populations including but not limited to homelessness, behavioral health, substance abuse/addiction, chronic physical illness.
- Valid Ohio driver's license, access to reliable insured transportation and ability to meet LSS insurance standards required.
