- The Patient Access Representative will serve as the first point of contact when visitors enter our facilities and is responsible for all aspects of customer service.
- This position will be responsible for checking in and out, appointment scheduling, registration, verifying demographics, insurance verification, telephone coverage, data entry, authorizations, pre-registration, new patient referrals, point of service collections and other duties as assigned.
- The Patient Access Representative is an ambassador to fulfilling our network vision to simply deliver an exceptional experience - with every life we touch.
