- Collaborates with the Director of Patient Accounting, Director of Enterprise Clinical Applications, Operations analyst(s), Financial analyst(s), department managers, and end-users to provide patient access analysis and report generation for financial, visit, RCM, and various payers’ performance related reporting in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoots and resolves technical issues surrounding the use and support of patient access and related IT support systems.
- Develops and delivers training documentation, presentations, support to all registration, scheduling, and business office new hires.
- Optimizes and continually improves patient access systems, quality initiatives, and clinical operations through evaluation of workflows, inefficiencies, and policy and procedures.
- EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or related certification in Information Systems Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or Accounting related field preferred.
