- The Pastry Sous Chef will serve as a primary resource for the pastry team in a state-of-the-art production facility (in partnership with the Pastry Executive Chef), help execute the highest quality of pastries to serve our customers in all stores.
- The Pastry Sous Chef is responsible for holding the team to Maison Kayser standards and specifications in accordance with the daily production requirements.
- Manage day to day operations while monitoring the team is performing duties to fill the daily pastry production needs
- Communicate effectively to the pastry team regarding all production needs, production levels, and any other policies related to their employment
