- If you answered yes to all of the questions above, then you should know Congressional Country Club is seeking a Seasonal Pastry Cook I.
- The Pastry Cook I will work on a team to support the baking needs of our pastry kitchen for our multiple restaurant outlets within the Club.
- Prepare, mix, and bake all pastry dishes, including, but not limited to pastry cream, almond macaroons, key lime pie, creme caramel, creme brulee, rum buns, pie dough, chocolate and almond cream pies, sugar dough, and glass paste cookies.
- Consistently maintain high standards of quality, cost, aesthetics, and flavor of all prepared foods.
- Assist in other duties as assigned by the Pastry Chef and Executive Chef.
