- We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our engineering company.
- Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, handling incoming and outgoing mail, tracking and maintaining office supplies, submitting expense reports and ordering office lunches as needed.
- Maintain office appearance and assist with building maintenance requests and fleet management.
- Assist accounting in approving regional office invoices and support regional biller with developing client invoices as needed.
- Support Project Managers with project related tasks such as contractors’ qualifications, plats, pay applications, processing and tracking consultant invoices, and maintaining data in our Customer Relationship Management system.
