- As a Partner Success Manager, you will be a trusted advisor and coach to a portfolio of WalkMe sales and delivery partners, helping them boost the value of their products and services by incorporating the WalkMe DAP. You will understand your partners’ go-to-market motions, how digital adoption will positively impact their value propositions and goals, and enable them to deliver solutions that leverage WalkMe to maximize the value they provide their clients.
- Provide hands-on process training for WalkMe delivery and client success.
- 3+years of customer advocacy and engagement experience in Enterprise SaaS customer success, account management, or post-sales relationship management working with Fortune 100 companies and their executives.
