- The Outpatient Services Manager manages the day-to-day clinical supervision and operation of mental health treatment services including Individual/Family/Group Therapy, assessment and treatment planning, clinical crisis response, Psychiatric/Nurse Practitioner Services, and other clinical services.
- Works with the Clinical Director to ensure that Choices is in compliance with DMH and DOM policy.
- Monitors and enhances systems for crisis response and 24/7 availability for families enrolled in Choices Outpatient Services.
- Minimum of master's degree in social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related human services field.
- Current licensure required in the state(s) in which work is assigned as Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
