Position Requirements: <ul><li>Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, though the average weight of donation processing is 20 lbs.</li><li>Must be able to bend, push, pull, and stand.</li><li>Retail experience is preferred but not required.</li><li>Successful completion of the background screening (sex offender registry)</li></ul> The Outlet Production Specialist position has a starting wage of $14.19 per hour, plus incentive pay based on the store's performance This position works a varied schedule and it is posted 2 weeks in advance. You will be scheduled five varying 8-hour shifts/days between the hours of 8a - 730p, for a total of 40 hours a week. There is an every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) requirement and candidates must have weekend availability.
