- The Center for Schools & Communities (CSC), a statewide education, training and technical assistance organization, is seeking qualified candidates for Out-of-School-Time Professional Learning and Instruction Coordinator.
- This position has primary responsibility for increasing the awareness of the importance and impact of quality afterschool programs as well as develop and promote practice and policy that supports sustainable, quality programs and Out-of-School Time (OST) providers, including, but not limited to 21st Century Community Learning Center (CLCC) grantees.
- The Coordinator is the point of contact and responsible for all professional learning aspects of Pennsylvania Statewide Afterschool/Youth Development Network (PSAYDN), including but not limited to: technical assistance, conferences and events, partnership activities, policies based on quality initiatives, committee and coalition meetings, communications and the gathering and development of resources and products to support network and funder goals.
- This full-time position follows a regular Monday through Friday (37.5 hours per week) work schedule with the opportunity to allow a hybrid work schedule consisting of three (3) days in-office work at the Center for Schools and Communities office located in Camp Hill, PA location and two (2) days telework from home and/or approved off-site locations.
- Knowledge and/or experience in effective youth development and/or informal learning practices.
