- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key issues within youth justice transformation work that consistently includes racial justice and radical healing.
- Work with Family and Youth Advocates, Chapter Leads and our Communications Director to work with families and assist in the development of their skills in sharing their personal stories; always leveraging/centering FFLIC’s family-centered principals as a best practice.
- We are seeking candidates with experience in the social justice, racial equity, and civil rights field that have successfully worked with grassroots communities.
