- The CSC Transmission Coordinator is responsible for end-to-end planning of broadcast events for new and existing clients.
- The CSC Coordinator will report to the Director of Operations and will need to ensure that the expectations and needs of the Director of Operations are being met
- The CSC Coordinator will be accountable for the management and coordination of events, liaising with clients and taking ownership for all parts of the planning process under the supervision of The Director of Operations
- The CSC Coordinator will work closely with organizing and approving freelancer invoices in a timely manner.
- The CSC Coordinator will need to be proficient in scheduling of internal and external resources within the VISTA Management System (“VMS”) to include technical equipment, third party resources and personnel.
