- The position requires learning the function and products regarding the transfer process to become a Subject Matter Expert.

- The team provides exposure to a multitude of financial products and will assist in establishing or further developing a career within Operations at Client.
- Primary Responsibilities include providing ACAT (Deliver and Receive) processing support to all Client Branches and Etrade Service Teams, answer case/phone inquiries from Client Branches and telephone inquiries for broker dealer firms, provide support to outsourced vendor, escalate any issues accordingly and set expectations for Client Branches throughout the ACAT process, and participate in team meetings to share best practices and volume trends.
