- Reporting to the Director of Finance & Operations in Lumanity’s Asset & Organizational Strategy Consulting (AOSC) practice, the Operations & Office Administrator will independently manage administrative activities and operational logistics in Lumanity’s Boston Hub office and support Lumanity AOSC HR, Communications, Finance, Business Ops, and IT efforts to deliver on operational objectives.
- Participate on internal committees (Social, Charitable Giving, DEI, etc.)
- Provide operational support to the Human Resources Business Partner and HR Advisor related to onboarding and New Hire Training program.
- Provide operational support to the Human Resources Business Partner related to staffing, including creating and managing weekly reports.
- Provide operational support to the Director of Finance and Senior Accountant, including credit card expense reconciliation and operational budgeting.
