- Regularly communicate each day with the Account Manager / Project Manager / Division Manager to ensure expectations are being met, quality is acceptable and to resolve any conflicts or potential conflicts concerning safety, schedule, execution, personnel, or equipment resource availability.
- Procure quotes from vendors and request Purchase Orders from Accounts Payable administrator per standard procedure based on project load list.
- Maintain rental log of all rental equipment including details such as: Date rented, Date off-rented, vendor, customer location of rental, WO# for project, rental item details - item description / size / quantity.
- Ensure all rental equipment is returned in a timely manner, immediately post-project completion.
- Minimize the use of rental equipment as a mechanism to reduce cost wherever possible using division resources or other shared company resources from other locations.
