- The Operations Manager handles all aspects of operations including order processing, inventory management and control, business planning, branch office and equipment logistics, yard operations and administration of the daily operations of the Operations Department.
- The Operations Manager reports directly to the Branch/Area Manager and functionally reports to the Head of Operations, Doka USA.
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations, including management of staff (Yard Manager, Logistics, Yard staff, CSR(s), Demand Planner, Truck Drivers) and staff development in coordination with the Branch/Area Manager and National HR.
- Manage procurement of goods and services in coordination with the Controller/CFO and Head of Procurement, ensuring compliance with procurement guidelines.
- Maintain and monitor inventory levels, placing orders with other branches and vendors, while ensuring compliance with company product strategy and managing equipment utilization rates.
