Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead Operations for ALC Colorado and Wyoming.</li><li>Manage projects following project processes and where applicable provide direction to assisting Project Engineers.</li><li>Leads and directs day-to-day operational teams to meet and exceed planned deliverables with a high level of multi-tasking. Ensuring Automated Logic meets or exceeds customer and sales goal expectations.</li><li>Responsible for operations plan achievement of assigned geographic area</li><li>Direct revenue forecasting activities and set performance standards in alignment with assigned objectives.</li><li>Partner with Sales Manager to develop business strategies for new business and maintain existing business.</li><li>Collaborate with other areas and nationally based operations leaders to leverage best practices and achieve company objectives around execution. </li><li>Recruits Project Managers, System Specialist Supervisors, Systems Specialists and Associate Project Managers with the appropriate skills and competencies to meet the needs of the Branch.</li><li>Reallocate resources to improve overall results as needed.</li><li>Promotes, and supports project managers in securing change orders for out-of-scope work</li><li>Ensure the operations team receives coaching and training on the project management techniques that will help them achieve their targets.</li><li>Ensure the establishment and development of professional relationships with strategic prospects for better understanding and meeting the customer needs within the bounds of contracted scope.</li><li>Support sales team in analyzing bid opportunities, through review of contract documents, drawings, and specifications, to support estimation accuracy.</li><li>Conduct regular “ride along” sessions with employees to coach, mentor, and meet with key clients to assist with building and strengthening relationships</li><li>Responsible for administering, communicating, and complying with all company policies and procedures, whether formally or informally communicated </li></ul>Required Qualifications <ul><li>High School diploma or GED</li><li>5+ years' Project Management Experience</li><li>5+ years of experience in Operations management in the Building Construction Industry</li><li>Must have a valid Driver’s License </li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Business Management, or related field.</li><li>MS Office 365 Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project, MS Teams, and OneDrive</li><li>PMP Certification</li><li>Ability to lead and motivate teams</li><li>Strong problem-solving, planning and project management skills</li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of project financial reporting </li></ul>Pay Range $92,856 - $130,206 Annually Benefits available https://www.corporate.carrier.com/careers/work-with-us/ Applications are ongoing Carrier is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
