- Position Summary Reporting to the Associate Director of Finance & HR Operations, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing operational, logistical, and technical support to facilitate the growth and smooth functioning of the Italian Academy and its programs.
- The Operations Coordinator will also assist with troubleshooting computer issues, purchasing equipment, initiating vouchers, and coordinating building improvements and repairs.
- Communicates with Columbia departments (Custodial, Labor, Security, AV, CUIT) and outside vendors to coordinate event, maintenance, and repair services for an almost century-old, landmarked building.
- Facilitates the planning of meetings at the Academy with other departments, including AV assistance.
- Assists the Theater Manager in maintaining and improving the public spaces of the Academy.
