- The Operations/Communications Analyst is an integral member of the Facilities Front Office Team. Administrative duties include processing and scheduling event and rental house program work orders and communicating with Staff, Faculty, and Students as to the status of their requests.
- Essential)Responsible for creating and closing all work orders within Mainsaver related to the Rental House Program.
- Retrieve, input, and process event requests submitted by the client into Oxy Event Plan google document.
- Scans and archives signed documents for record-keeping.
- Essential)Assist as the backup to Work Center Coordinator with all work orders within Mainsaver related to Campus Assets.
