- The Facility Operations Assistant Manager is a full-time position that assists the Facility Operations Manager in delivering clean and functioning facilities while providing excellent customer service.
- This may include maintaining club space, training fellow team members, and being the source of managerial support when the Manager is not present.
- The Facility Operations Assistant Manager works the opposite schedule of the Facility Operations Manager and must be flexible to meet the needs of the business.
- Assists in training team members through providing on going training, coaching, counseling, and continuous feedback
- Serves on the club Safety Committee ensuring policies and regulations are in compliance with OSHA regulations
