- The ERM Manager will work within the bank's second line of defense and will be responsible for supporting, leading, and enhancing enterprise risk management program functions such as Issue Management, Risk Events, Operational Losses, Scenario Analysis, Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), and Key Risk Indicator (KRI).
- This role is part of the Enterprise and Operational Risk Management Group (ERM/ORM) that is responsible for developing, implementing, and operationalizing the bank's risk management framework.
- The organization plays a critical role in helping to inform bank management and the Board of Directors of the risks inherent in its actions and decisions, enterprise impacts, and opportunities to manage risk.
- The ERM Manager will effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain strong partnerships.
- Assist in the execution of the Bank's Operational Risk Management (ORM) Framework.
