- The Operational Change Lead is a senior role reporting to the Central Operations Director and is responsible for leading the implementation and roll out of initiatives and future changes across both Lots 1 and 2.
- Their role is to lead the approach through effective collaboration with stakeholders including the Authority, Senior Leadership, Capita and Supply Chain Partners, to ensure a clear vision and engagement is achieved.
- Ensure a co-ordinated approach to change by acting as a conduit between Change Control and Senior Operational colleagues/ Capita / Supply Chain Partners.
- Lead PMO resource to identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation, ensuring all risks are appropriately captured and tracked on the risk register.
- Act as an advisor on best practice and ambassador for change across Maximus Assessments division and Support the Change Control Process by providing impact assessments for change, on behalf of operational delivery 7.
