- Ensures tracking of shipments are monitored and integrated into the eBay portal daily, keeping key stakeholders aware of any issues.
- Manages and responds to customer inquiries via eBay's messaging system in a timely and professional manner.
- Creates Excel pricing cost sheets to ensure pricing is meeting profitability thresholds.
- Familiarity with online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, Target, etc., and understanding of their listing requirements and policies a plus.
