- Guardian Pharmacy of the Piedmont is part of the Guardian Pharmacy Services network and prides itself on its customer service.
- Perform daily / weekly functions to include: daily deposits, payment postings, and processing daily US Mail.
- Assist in managing and reviewing the approval process for all expenses and invoices; ensure bills are being correctly submitted to Workday - coded accurately prior to submission for DFA approval.
- Arrange meetings and plan event travel, to include Open House, hotel accommodations, meals, travel, etc.
- Handle mail duties including picking up and delivering mail, mailing, and receiving packages (UPS, FedEx)
