- Job DescriptionOur Office/Service Desk helps to make Tops a one-stop shopping convenience by providing our customers with services such as answering incoming calls and providing customers information, check cashing, lottery ticket sales, Western Union transactions, utility payments, money orders, and refunds.
- What You'll Do:Provide friendly and attentive customer service as you oversee the day to day operations of the department and supervise the department team.
- You'll handle processing all service desk customer transactions ( check cashing, utility payments, money orders, refunds, Western Union, lottery sales); balancing store cash funds and media, preparing deposits and maintaining appropriate cash on hand levels; answering incoming telephone calls and directing to correct person/department; and selection, training, development and scheduling of Office/Service Desk associates.
- Job RequirementsIdeally, you'll have previous related service desk experience.
- You'll need to be friendly and courteous in order to provide excellent customer service, as well as the ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions.
